Jerome Kincaid

Jerome was raised on the run, living in Chicago, Germany, and California, and Cincinnati. He is a self taught pianist/organist. His street smarts and tasty organ riffs are influenced by Les McCan/Eddie Harris, Jack McDuff, John Coltrane, and Joe Zawinul. Before moving to Austin to join Mr Brown, Jerome was a staple of the thriving Cincinnati jazz/fusion scene, performing with Medulla Gumbo, Selecter, the Naked Redheads, and touring the midwest with Admiral Walker (a group that also featured PJ, Diedrich, and Swift). He has performed on the same bill with Buju Banton, the Wailers, Bootsy Collins, and Victor Wooten.
